HONOLULU (KITV4) -- The 23rd annual College of Engineering banquet fundraiser is coming up on Friday, April 21, 2023 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu.
The University of Hawaii at Manoa College will give out special awards to distinguished Alumni. This year that award will go to Leonard Leong from Royal Contracting Company. Dean’s Award of Excellence will be given to Roy Abe from HDR and Jalene Hitzman from Noho Home will get the Outstanding Service Award.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m. on April 21 and will include a student project expo, cocktails and dinner. U.H. Engineering Students will provide entertainment and Augie T will host.
Proceeds to benefit the students of the College of Engineering and is the primary source of funding for student projects, programs and clubs for the year to come.
