Instructions to authors for payment of fees.

All authors must pay a registration fee when submitting the final paper. No article will be included in the proceedings unless payment is made in full at the proper time.

 Checks must be in US$ drawn on a bank in USA. Checks must be made payable to "ISEC"

 Payments may be made by check, postal order or cash. Credit cards are acceptable but must include a 4% surcharge over and above the fees in all listed categories (credit card registration form is given below).

Full participants will receive the published proceedings, and be admitted to the icebreaker, conference lunches, and one dinner.

 Students are being given a special discount; they will receive all the benefits as the full registrants.

Accompanying persons will be admitted to the welcome session, icebreaker, conference lunches, coffee breaks, and one dinner.

 For the conference dinner on January 25, interested participants must pay in addition to the registration fees.

  • 25% refund before September 30, 2000 
  • 0% refund after September 30, 2000
