Located in beautiful Mānoa Valley, the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa has an enrollment of over 20,000 of which 900 students are in the College of Engineering pursuing B.S., M.S., and Ph.D.s in three disciplines: Civil and Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

The University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa is one of ten campuses of the University of Hawai‘i system, which was established in 1907 as the College of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts. Classes began in 1908 with four of the original five students majoring in engineering. Engineering has played a major role in the institution's curriculum for over a century!
