2009 FIRST Robotics Luncheon

The FIRST Robotics Competition brings together teams of high school students collaborating to solve an engineering design problem. The teams will compete against each other in competitions around the world. The 2009 Hawaii Regional Competition hosted 19 teams from O'ahu, two teams from Maui, one team from Kaua'i, seven teams from the Mainland, one team from Mexico, and one team from the Phillipines. The competition was hosted at the Stan Sheriff Center on the University of Hawaii, Manoa campus. More information about the competition can be found at the FIRST Robotics in Hawaii website. The College of Engineering hosted a lunch event for all team participants.
