Gnuplot command line editing
Gnuplot allows you to edit command lines in a similar manner as a regular text editor. It also allows you to go back and forward through what is called the history (a record of all commands you have typed previously) and edit those commands as well. In addition, several commands may be specified on one line by separating them with semicolons (;).
