Setting titles for three-dimensional plots

By default, gnuplot uses the name of the function or data file as the title used in the legend. (Note that this title differs from the title of the plot itself.) For example, by giving the sine wave plot a title, we replace the "glass.dat" with Glass Plot for this plot:
splot "glass.dat" title "Glass Plot" with lines
