Setting the index for multi-meshed three-dimensional plots
For three-dimensional data files, you can specify many sets of points to create a mesh. The meshes within a file are separated by double blank lines. By default all the meshes in a data file are plotted. However, you can specify which mesh to plot using the index modifier, followed by the index number. The first mesh is 0. The following command plots just the 5th mesh of the entire plot. splot "multimesh.dat" index 2 |
