Morning Peak Period Traffic Congestion Map

As part of an update of the Oahu Regional Transportation Plan for 2025, the Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization (OMPO) has identified the morning period traffic congestion hot spots shown on the above map.

• Red: Severe Congestion (demand exceeds capacity)
• Orange: Congested (demand equals capacity)
• Green: Less Congested (demand less than capacity)
